The fine print, in plain words
Privacy Policy
Last updated July 24, 2026
These are your photos, only you can see them, we don't sell them or train AI on them, and you can delete everything anytime. Here are the details.
What we collect
Just what's needed to run your diary: your name and email from your Google sign-in, the photos you upload along with the dates you attach to them, and your baby's profile details that you enter yourself. We don't ask for anything we don't use.
Where it's stored
Your photos and data are stored using Google Firebase (Firestore and Cloud Storage) on Google's cloud infrastructure. Your diary is private to your account — it isn't public, and other users can't see it.
What we don't do
We don't sell your data. We don't use your photos or information for advertising. We don't use your photos to train AI or machine-learning models. We don't share your content with other users or with third parties, except the infrastructure providers below that are required to run the service.
Who we rely on
We use Google Firebase for authentication, database, and photo storage, and we may use it to understand basic, aggregate usage of the app. These providers process data only to provide their services to us, under their own security and privacy commitments.
Children's photos
Baba Days is used by parents and guardians to store photos of their own children. We treat those photos as private and sensitive, and we never use them for any purpose beyond showing them back to you in your diary. If you believe a child's photos were uploaded without a guardian's consent, contact us and we'll remove them.
Your choices and rights
You can view and edit your content anytime, and you can delete your photos or your entire account whenever you want — deleting removes your photos from storage. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to access or delete your data; email us and we'll help.
Security and breaches
We take reasonable measures to protect your data. No service can promise perfect security, but if a breach ever affects your information, we'll notify you as required by law using the email tied to your account.
Changes and contact
If this policy changes materially, we'll update the date above. Questions, requests, or concerns? Email info@cloudtoolbuilder.com.
