Terms of Service

Last updated July 24, 2026

Baba Days is a private photo diary for your little one. By signing in and using it, you agree to these terms. We've kept them short and readable on purpose.

Your account

You sign in with Google, and your account is yours to use for keeping your own family's photos. Keep your Google login secure — anyone who can access it can access your diary. You must be old enough to enter a binding agreement in your country to use Baba Days.

Your photos are yours

You keep full ownership of every photo you upload. To run the service, you grant us only the limited permission needed to store your photos and show them back to you inside your diary. We don't claim your photos, sell them, share them, or use them to train any AI or machine-learning models.

Photos of children

Baba Days is made for parents and guardians documenting their own children. By uploading a photo of a child, you confirm that you are that child's parent or legal guardian and that you consent to storing their photos on this service. Please don't upload photos of children you aren't responsible for.

Acceptable use

Use Baba Days for its purpose — your own family memories. Don't upload anything unlawful, harmful, or that infringes someone else's rights, and don't try to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend or remove accounts that misuse it.

The service, as-is

Baba Days is offered as-is, without warranties. We work hard to keep your memories safe, but no online service is perfect — please keep your own copies of photos that matter to you. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for lost data or indirect damages arising from your use of the service.

Ending your use

You can stop using Baba Days and delete your account and photos at any time. We may discontinue the service or update these terms; when terms change materially, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, ask you to review them again.

How your data is handled

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how it's stored. It's part of these terms.
